Ohio Water Polo Referees Association (OWPRA)
Membership Application, 2012


Membership fee for 2012 is $85.00. If you have not done so already, please review the "instructions page" for instructions on how to pay your membership dues. Your application will not be considered complete and you will not be permitted to take the annual rules test until your dues are paid.

Your membership fee includes payment for one copy of the 2012-2013 "high school" (NISCA) water polo rule book (and liability insurance!). The rule book will be mailed to you as soon as it's available from NFHS. The books will be ordered on or about July 9, 2012. Thus, to insure timely delivery of your rule book, your application for membership should be completed no later than July 9, 2012.

So that OWPRA can help you improve you skills, we are asking that you list your goals as a water polo referee for the upcoming season. For example, are there specific skills that you want to improve? Do your goals include calling "championship" games? If so, which level(s) (regional tournaments, state championships)?
